PROGRAMS
We have two programmes with which young people from all around the world can live great experiences with professional clubs or have the opportunity to join clubs from several categories both in Spain and Argentina:
Experience V – Provides the whole experience of a player in a professional club.
Scouting V – Provides youth the opportunity to try out for the best clubs and start their career in this amazing sport.

SCOUTING V
THE FIRST STEP
Through our Scouting V programme, youths between 12 and 19 years old have the possibility of joining a club in a selection process and starting their career in this sport.
Within Scouting V, they will be evaluated by our technical staff, who through various materials such as the player’s resume and videos, will indicate which club they have the best chance of fitting in and thus begin their professional journey.
They will also take part in friendly matches and training with their age group in the club, under the supervision of coordinators and coaches. This programme is designed to give them the greatest opportunity to position themselves in a club and start their career.

EXPERIENCE V
THE FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE FROM THE INSIDE
This programme is for children and teens between the ages of 12 and 19 anywhere in the world.
At Get Victory we believe that is necessary to have the complete experience of being part of a club. That is why in Experience V they will be able to travel to be part of a team and join them directly.
The duration of the programme ranges from a week-long programme to a full 12-month season, where they will be able to experience the discipline and the values of the sport that exist within a club first-hand.
